This library is filled with evidence-based, medically approved content in the form of booklets, factsheets, videos, podcasts and stories from real women.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You could begin by exploring the popular subjects that sit beneath the Menopause Library search bar or alternatively, read our factsheets\u2013 great succinct pieces of information that explain many areas to perimenopause and menopause simply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2 \u2013 Download the app<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now you\u2019ve got an understanding of perimenopause and menopause, you may be inclined to learn more about what <em>you\u2019re<\/em> experiencing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.balance-menopause.com\/balance-app\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>balance<\/em><\/strong> app<\/a> allows you to gain access to personalised content and best of all, it\u2019s free!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can download the app in the App Store or Google Play, just search \u2018balance menopause\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3 \u2013 Track your symptoms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019re on the app, you can enter your medical history and track your symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\u2019s more!
